Shipping Policy
Your lamps are made to order
Every Atelier Nörea lamp is 3D-printed in our small workshop in Lanvollon (Brittany, France). We craft each piece to order for two reasons: to guarantee freshly printed bio-sourced PLA, and to assign your edition number (1 of 99) at the moment you order.
In practice:
- Production lead time: up to 7 working days after receiving your order
- Shipping lead time: 24 to 72 hours after production
- Average total: 5 to 10 working days between order and delivery (to your door or pickup point)
You receive an email at every step: order confirmation, production start, dispatch with tracking link.

Switzerland, United Kingdom: customs duties and local VAT may apply on arrival. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
For any destination not listed above (Americas, Asia, Oceania, etc.), contact us before placing your order — we'll prepare a custom quote.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
- Colissimo: tracking on laposte.fr/suivi
- Mondial Relay: tracking on mondialrelay.fr
If your parcel hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, or if you haven't received a dispatch email within 10 days, please write to contact@atelier-norea.com. We reply within 7 working days maximum and open an investigation with the carrier if needed.
Packaging
Each lamp is hand-packed in a recycled cardboard box with bio-sourced protective materials. No unnecessary plastic.
If your order arrives damaged
Our lamps are fragile. For any breakage during transit:
- Inspect the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, refuse it or write "damaged parcel, pending unpacking" on the carrier's slip.
- Once the parcel is opened, if the lamp has been damaged: send us photos of the parcel and the lamp at contact@atelier-norea.com within 48 hours.
- We'll then offer you, at your choice: a full refund of your order, or a replacement with a brand-new identical lamp, manufactured and shipped at no additional cost.
Production delays
We make every lamp by hand, one at a time. In case of an order peak, a 3D-printer breakdown or any unexpected issue, we'll proactively write to you to update the delivery estimate. If you have a specific date to meet (gift, birthday, Christmas delivery), please mention it in the order notes or email us — we'll arrange accordingly.
